Who are Weighted Blankets good for?

Weighted blankets are good for anyone who may suffer from poor sleep due to a variety of conditions including ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Restless Leg Syndrome, Anxiety, and those who may suffer from Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s Disease.

Can a weighted blanket be used on a child?

We do not recommend our weighted blankets to be used on children or infants. Their current weight is too much for a child and may cause serious injury. However, we do recommend them for teens and adults.

Will insurance pay for my weighted blanket?

Under some insurance plans, a weighted blanket may be covered by medical insurance. Every health care plan is different, and it is recommended that you speak with your doctor and insurance company to find out it if can be covered for you.

How do I use my weighted blanket?

Weighted blankets can be draped on the shoulders or placed on top of the body while lying down. They can be used during the day or at night during sleep.

Can weighted blankets be used during pregnancy?

We do not recommend using a weighted blanket while pregnant. If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before use.
